Key Responsibilities: 

As a Legal Intern at LexGeneris, you will: 

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics across our practice areas. 
  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents. 
  • Assist in the analysis of case laws, statutory provisions, and legal precedents. 
  • Contribute to knowledge management by developing insightful articles or blogs on legal trends. 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

We are looking for candidates with: 

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent legal writing abilities. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proactive learning attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. 
  • Students currently pursuing LLB or LLM (2nd year onwards for 3-year courses or 3rd year onwards for 5-year courses).

Role Overview

Were looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue in legal or professional services. This is a remote role based in India, ideal for candidates who understand B2B BD in the IP or legal tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in India, Australia, and other target markets
  • Develop outreach strategies to law firms, startups, and corporates needing IP support
  • Qualify leads based on service needs (e.g., patent filing, TM applications, IP audits)
  • Build and maintain CRM databases and manage follow-ups
  • Coordinate with legal teams to align sales efforts with compliance and service delivery
  • Analyze conversion data and track revenue impact

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in the IP field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with outreach tools (LinkedIn, CRM platforms, cold emailing, IP conferences)
  • Ability to explain IP service offerings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
  • Previous success in lead generation, partnerships, and closing deals in a remote environment

The Role

Were looking for a Senior Associate – Patents who can take ownership, think strategically, and work independently with clients across technology sectors. You’ll be part of a growing, dynamic team where your ideas will shape how we deliver patent solutions that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications across jurisdictions.
  • Prepare responses to office actions, examination reports, and client queries.
  • Conduct prior art searches, FTO (freedom-to-operate), and patentability analyses.
  • Manage and advise on patent portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients’ business objectives.
  • Interact directly with inventors, R&D teams, and business stakeholders to understand innovations and translate them into strong patent claims.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s patent practice.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the patent field.
  • Strong background in patent prosecution is essential.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills.
